You don't need to download anything else once you have the full client, unless the xenaro patcher is taking a long time to update.
If you already have an accelerator, and you are satisfied with the download speed, you don't have to get flashget

and then i clicked play xenaro and well it finishddwnldin the patches but it is stuck at installin

downloading full installer would at least give you 3 hours of waiting if you have 500 kbps up to 1mbps internet connection speed and if you are in Philippines...
